Eric Kroier is a multifaceted professional. As a business owner and consultant, he brings valuable insight to clients in business planning and civil litigation. As a funeral director and family law attorney, he is prepared to help families through their most difficult moments.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and religion from Oklahoma City University, which he obtained in 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in mortuary science from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed in 2013. He completed his education at the University of Oklahoma, where he earned both his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration in 2016.
Eric's work has been marked by a commitment to serving others. Eric has been a licensed funeral director since September 2013 and has owned and operated a funeral home since August 2016. Helping families in their times of need naturally extends to his legal practice, where he excels in family law, estate planning, and probate.
Eric began practicing law in April 2017. His background gives him a holistic perspective on the complex issues that families face. Eric has become a trusted advisor and advocate for many families, adept at handling the full spectrum of cases. Whether dealing with adoption, divorce, or child custody, and whether resolving issues in mediation or at trial, his approach is client-centered, focusing on helping each individual navigate the legal system and understand their rights. His experience in estate planning and probate also enables him to assist families in preparing for the future and dealing with the legal complexities that arise from the administration of estates and trusts.
After many years of serving Oklahoma families, Eric opened Kroier Law’s Norman office in March 2025 where he and his brother and fellow attorney, Aaron Kroier, assembled a team of paralegals to begin bringing a higher level of service to more people. Growing quickly, Kroier Law added attorney Rachel Lynn to the team in May 2025.
