Who We Are
Eric and Aron Kroier opened Kroier Law, PLLC together, and it's been a firm shaped by that partnership ever since. We're not a franchise, a referral network, or a storefront for a larger operation. We're two brothers who built something real — with three attorneys, four paralegals, and nearly nine years of showing up for clients across the OKC metro.
What drives how we work is something we've believed since the beginning: clients handle hard situations better when they understand what's actually happening. Not just what to do next, but why the process works the way it does. That's shaped everything about how we practice — how we communicate, how we staff the team, and how we approach cases that other firms might treat as routine.
Before either of us passed the bar, both Eric and Aron were licensed funeral directors. That experience stays with us — especially when we're helping families through probate. You learn quickly in that work that people in crisis need clarity, not complexity. We brought that with us into law.
In the community, we're active members of our church, and Eric's wife serves on the school board for a rehab and high school program. These aren't credentials — they're just part of who we are and where we're rooted.

Meet the Attorneys
Prior Education and Legal Experience
After obtaining her law degree from the University of Florida, Ms. Davies served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami, Florida. After trying numerous homicide cases, Ms. Davies distinguished herself and was promoted to serve as a Division Chief. During her five years under the guidance of Janet Reno, she honed her trial skills, maintaining integrity and deep care for her clients. After that, Ms. Davies served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, D.C., where she prosecuted public corruption and gang homicide cases for ten years. During her fifteen years as a prosecutor, Ms. Davies tried more than 100 jury trials to a verdict.
After taking some time away from law practice to teach law school in Kaliningrad, Russia as a Fulbright Scholar, Ms. Davies returned to the United States to study at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government under the tutelage of David Gergen. Upon graduation, she was honored with the designation of Littauer Fellow in recognition of her leadership and academic excellence.
Ms. Davies returned to Washington, D.C., after obtaining her master’s degree to work on a class action lawsuit against “Big Tobacco.” Shortly after that, anxious to return home to be closer to her family, Ms. Davies decided to return to Florida. Upon moving to Orlando, she focused on helping people in the civil arena. After training under several top-notch personal injury lawyers, Ms. Davies decided to open her firm, where she could take Personal Injury and Family Law cases and give her clients the white-glove treatment they deserved.

Ms. Davies is always prepared to protect her client’s rights and represent their best interests. Eric Kroier, Attorney
Eric Kroier is one of the founding attorneys at Kroier Law and the person most clients meet first when a case gets complex. He practices family law, probate, and estate planning, and he's spent the better part of nine years handling cases that require a lawyer who can hold two things at once: the legal strategy and the human situation underneath it.
Before he became an attorney, Eric was a licensed funeral director. That career didn't just precede law school — it shaped how he practices. Working with families at their worst moments taught him that the most useful thing you can offer someone in crisis isn't efficiency. It's understanding. He carries that into every client relationship, and it shows up most clearly in how he explains what's happening in a case and why. His clients don't just know what to do next. They know why.
Eric handles high net worth and business owner divorce, contested custody matters, probate disputes, and estate administration for clients across the OKC metro. He has real financial literacy — the kind that comes from working through complex asset structures in divorce cases — and he brings that to cases where other attorneys might defer to accountants or financial advisors without getting close to the numbers themselves.
He practices in Cleveland and Oklahoma counties and serves clients from Kroier Law's Norman office at 124 E. Main Street.
Aaron Kroier, Attorney
Aaron Kroier is Eric's brother, admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2018. Like Eric, Aaron was a licensed funeral director before becoming an attorney—an experience that informs how he works with families navigating difficult legal circumstances. He practices family law, estate law, and civil law. He brings a direct, plain-language approach to every case he takes on.
Emma Spotanski, Attorney
Emma graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While there, Emma received her certificate from the University of Oklahoma Interdisciplinary Training Program in Child Abuse and Neglect in 2024. She graduated from law school in 2025 and passed the July 2025 bar exam.
Emma focuses her practice on family law cases including divorces with and without minor children, paternity cases, guardianships of minors and adults, and adoptions. Emma also practices in juvenile delinquent and deprived work.
Throughout her education and professional training, Emma has focused on all forms of childhood and interpersonal abuse and neglect and their relation to all aspects of life. She strives to apply this education in her work to represent her clients to the fullest extent possible.

Paralegal
Ashley Snider has more than nine years experience as a paralegal. Her work has primarily been focused on family and estate law. Helping people during the hard moments of their live and being able to walk them through the process powers her through the tremendous work she does.
Outside of work Ashley enjoys spending time with her three kids, her dogs, hunting, and fishing.
Allison Barthel
Paralegal
Allison Barthel is a Paralegal who earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2023 after completing her studies in 2022, where she was recognized on the MNTC Honor Roll. She was also accepted into Business Professionals of America (BPA). Allison focuses her work on several areas of law, including Family Law (assisting with matters such as adoption, guardianship, custody, and divorce); Civil Law (including lawsuits and litigation); and Estate Planning (including powers of attorney, trusts, and wills).
She is known for her compassionate and attentive approach, providing clients with reassurance, guidance, and support throughout the legal process. Allison enjoys being a source of support to those around her and helping others in any way she can. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, reading, and working on DIY projects.
Brandon Jameson
Paralegal
Brandon Jameson is a paralegal and 2023 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology. His work is primarily focused on divorce and custody modification matters where he assists clients in navigating cases that are both legally complex and emotionally difficult. He approaches the work with the goal of ensuring that these complex and emotional issues are understandable and helps the client feel informed throughout the process.
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys hiking with his two dogs and discovering local live music.
Hope Conrad
Paralegal
Hope Conrad is a University of Oklahoma graduate, a third-year law student at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and the Legal Intern at Kroier Law, PLLC. She expects to graduate law school in May 2027, to take the bar exam in July 2027, and intends to practice in family law, probate, and estate planning upon passing the bar exam. Hope works alongside the attorneys and paralegals in the family law, civil, and probate practice areas.
